Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had any luck with capturing the customer_name field in cc.batch_item_dtl or the cc_auth_dtl tables? It seems to only capture the customer name for random transactions regardless of card type. I have already unchecked Mask Cardholder Name for each of my credit card tenders, reloaded, restarted, all the fun stuff.
I can't seem to figure out why it would capture for some swiped cards and not others.
I'm thinking that it might be a credit card driver issue, I'm running FDMS 5.2. Or maybe something hanging out from the 4x and early 5x days were RES wouldn't let you capture the Cardholder Name without compromising PCI.
Thanks.
