RES 3700 WorkStation on windows 7 Posiflex CAL folder issue

I have successfully installed micros res 3700 workstation client Posiflex and all seem to be working. Now need to connect with EMV chip credit card terminal whose client version of the application is running on micros server. According to support from credit card terminal company, I need CAL folder with some files in C:\Micros\RES\ folder.
I don't know how to get this CAL folder. According to him, I need to install CAL application by which the CC terminal can communicate with the client running on micros server.
1. Where can I get this CAL installer?

As far as I'm aware merchant link is the only one who currently has a working integrated EMV solution. I could be wrong about that. Who is your gateway?
