res 3700 stuck on updating post status.

Misspelled its stuck on "updating POS sales status"
This happens when we connect one of the terminals.
If we leave it disconnected from the system it works fine.
As soon as we bring it online all screens get stuck.

Have you tried wiping the workstation / doing a reset? Has to be done through the bios option not through windows. Try that and recal. Also assume you have looked for ip conflicts?
