RES 3700 remote printing issue 1

Hi I have a problem that has perplexed me. I am running Micros RES 3700 v5.0. We currently have 2 kitchen printers, grill and sautee and I'm trying to add a 3rd printer for expo. The new printer refuses to take as a remote printer. Everything is failing over to my grill printer. If I reassign the printer without changing anything else as a receipt printer it works perfectly. When I go back into configurator and assign it as a remote printer it fails. I have triple checked all my dipswitches. I know my cable and printer are good since it take receipt print jobs without a problem. I have tried running it from 3 different workstations. Same thing every time, works as receipt fails as remote. I may be missing something simple here, any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Are you attaching the printer to the workstations that will print to it as an order printer in POSCONFIG
Also ensure its not disabled in manager procedures

Thank you Wildbar. Some jackA@# had put a redirect on that line a long time ago and I totally overlooked it. I feel dumb after beating my head against the wall but relieved its working!
