Res 3700 Receipt/Report Emailer -- Free or Extra costs? 1

Are Receipt/Report Emailer free for clients (5.4MR and 5.5MR)? I doubt it's free, but hope so ....

I believe the receipt emailer is free. The report emailer id supposed to need a license. I have the software for both if you want try try them out.
