If you are only using 1 price level for everything then for discounts you could create an automatic discount which is only valid on a certain menu levels.
You could then link the button to change the order type to a macro so it also changes the menu level.
However since you can only configure 1 automatic service charge i cant see any solution for this.

That's too bad! It seems to be a very common need.
Our inventory control software complains when a menu item has multiple prices at the same time. It seems we have to have different menu item entries in Res for the same menu item. A big headache!
Perhaps you mean a Discount/Surcharge for In House or TakeAway ?"
Yes!
For delivery, we have to charge more
For takeout, we apply a discount
Currently, for delivery, I set up a new price level, and make a macro such that when clicking, change to delivery order type, and change price level. I could do the same on takeout. But if possible, I'd like to have just one price, and apply different surcharge/discount according to order type, instead of multiple pricing.
It is true that Micros can this not out of the box.
I not know how familiar you are to add a new isl and insert the sim/pms inquiry (inq:1) in the flow of the working screen process with macros.
but i add the file you can try....
