Res 3700 MyMicros not showing Tax Breakdown

Hi guys,
We are running Res 3700 and the sites have R&A. When running a check report Tax shows 0 but in the journals you can see the tax breakdown.
I had a look at the Tax Alignment and all looks good.
Is there anywhere else that this can be solved.
