RES 3700 Linux

Only Simphony is supported but Exclude Fiscal and many Interfaces are NOT working.
It wont ever work with 3700.
Linux is running .NET code on Mono because Simphony is written in .NET code. Simphony used Mono to run on Android too so they could mostly get it to work on Linux without an excessive amount of rework.
RES is not written in .NET so cannot run without being entirely rewritten to be linux compatible. RES is also considered legacy they are not going to be rewriting it.
