Res 3700 - Installation

Hi there,

I try to install res 3700 on my backup server 2k3.
By the time I applied some patches (pre-res 4.1), the patch stopped and showed error like "locked files were detected".
Any thought how to fix that?

stop all services of micros maybe some service is hang while stopping
