RES 3700 Double Printing 1

Very glad to find a forum on POS!

We are using RES 3700 v5.6 and have multiple revenue centers. One revenue center (A) has only one workstation. The problem is bill settlement by credit cards always prints out receipts on this workstation's printer and on another printer that is directly connected to a workstation in another revenue center (B) --- this revenue center have multiple workstations/printers, only one of the printers prints the extra/double receipts.

Checked settings. Everything looks fine. Bartenders have been trained to handle the extra printing issue. So not a big deal, but it does waste a lot thermal.

Got to be wrong somewhere. But cannot figure out.

if you swap printers does it follow the printer? if so that might be a dip switch look underneath the printer and compare it with another working unit. (before making changes write down the current settings)

If is not your printer then check the following
Open POSCFG then go to Sales then Descriptors Click on trailer look at your set up for the CC vouchers for merchant and for customer. Check for extra lines and fix them
