One of our customers has a strange issue when ringing in items. When they ring in an item from their dessert SLU in one revenue center, it doesn't print to their dessert printer. However, when they ring in the same item in another revenue center, it prints correctly. I have no idea what would cause this. All items in this SLU have the correct print class, and this print class points to the proper printers. I confirmed that they access the same screen and SLU in both revenue centers, so they are ringing in the same items.

RES 3700 - Different printers based on RVC

Are you verifying this revenue center change by using the same work station or are you changing to a new workstation that you know is in a different revenue center? Ability to print to a specific printer is a workstation specific setting. Also is the site using any kitchen themes ?

The workstation likely doesn't have the dessert printer checked off under order devices. In POS Config go to Devices > Workstations, choose the workstation with the issue, click the Order Devices tab, then check off the printer.
