RES 3700 Cannot copy and paste menu item records

Hello Group,

Has anybody seen this error before? I'm trying to copy and paste menu item records using F5 & F6. I tried rebuilding the database but had no luck.

Error Occurred, Unable to Save Changes.

General SQL error. Update operation attempted on a non-updatable query.

Could not past record.
