Play with RES lab on VMs and a Windows 10 (x64) VM always fails on the last step of CAL

RES 3700 is a VM duplicated from a production environment, version 5.4. It has Win10 based Oracle WKSs in production environment.

WKS VM is a fresh installation of Win10 (retail version). Thought it would work just like in the production environment, but not.
