Hi guys,

Great to be in this forum. I'd like some help if possible because it's getting me crazy:

When running autosequence and reports, the end of the day does not complete and gives "Thread Exception ERROR" message or "DID NOT COMPLETE"

I am able to run the reports manually and I have verified that the printer is indeed set as default in the server and in POS configurator.
I have also disabled IPV6
The printer is working properly, since I am able to print from other applications.

I have restarted related services and the server itself as well but I don't seem to find where the issue is.

From the logs I get the following errors:

Mon Nov 28 00:05:45 2016 | RESSERVER | CCS | 0 | ERROR Loading [CaDOTN.dll] |

When restarting the micros remoting service:

Mon Nov 28 03:01:06 2016 | RESSERVER | MicrosRemotingService | 0 | Starting Up Version:5.4.302.2877 |
Mon Nov 28 03:01:06 2016 | RESSERVER | MicrosRemotingService | 0 | A connection to the Micros Remoting Service Web Services port (50705) could not be established. |
Mon Nov 28 03:01:06 2016 | RESSERVER | MicrosRemotingService | 0 | A connection to the Micros Remoting Service .NET Remoting port (50706) could not be established. |

From the autosequence itself I get this error at the end:

Sequence # 10002 Step # 13 <EXTERNAL PROGRAM>
Copy Security Log - dm -L C:\Micros
Sequence # 10002 Step # 13 External Program Step Error.
Process[dm -L C:\Micros] returned error code [1]

Please see log attached for a sample of the errors I am getting.

Any idea?

Thank you!
