RES 3700 API Error

Dear Tek-Tips Solutionaries:

I've been struggling with getting orders to inject into MICROS.

We are getting the following error message:

System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: [-956234760] Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {98D00E40-A787-4B18-B3AC-507DDD1E6966} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: c70103f8 Exception from HRESULT: 0xC70103F8.
at ResPosApiWeb.ResPosApiWebService.ClearAllActivityStatus()

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
