RES 3700 5.7 Touchscreen Designer

I just bought a few ws5a systems with a main system. I have installed a fresh copy of windows 10 with the res 5.7
I have setup a few things but I cant figure out this dang thing.

I would like to setup a touchscreen with a clock in/out, employee sign in and have a 5 item menu. and of course I must be able to cash out the check.
We are a walk up business and have no tables.

I can give you remote access via teamviewer to setup if needed because as I said I'm not good at this at all. Any help would be appreciated.
