Res 3700 5.5 EM receive does nothing

Just installed a fresh RES 5.5 on a lab machine. The 1st packet deployed successfully; but the 2nd packet got issue.
The issue is when running receive.exe in command line, the program does nothing: no error, but not receiving packet either:

Never mind. I found the issue.

Answer here, just for those find this post via search engine:

The 1st packet reset the receive/send path. Need to edit it in database.

You can change the folder in the Enterprise Management Settings of the Store settings.
It will be set after the first import to this folder location.

Does not need to change in the Database. Can be done by GUI.
