rerouting mail

hi,

I have two domains:
"domain.com"
"domain.net"

both point to the same internet ip-adress.

I have have one exchange 5.5 server which hosts the "domain.com"
When mail for "domain.net" arrives, I want to reroute it
to another internal exchange server. (without connectors)

Can I do this?

Try this:

Open up Microsoft Exchange Administrator, expand your primary domain, and expand Configuration. Click on Connections, and then double click your primary server in the right hand panel. Click on Routing.

I'd also advise going into Routing Restrictions and then adding in your local ip range to the "Hosts and clients with these IP Addresses" box, or else you may have relay problems.

Just an ammendment to my post above:

Without using connectors, I don't think it's possible to reroute mail to another external domain, not unless you have two seperate exchange servers with different external IP's anyway.

May I ask why you don't want to use Connectors, just out of interest?

because this are 2 separate companies, that are hosted
in the same network (LAN).

Can I use connectors to solve my problem?
Which connector is best? (I don´t want to see
the others adressbook,calendar,...)
I just want to route the mail through my exchange (the one with the external IP adress)
