What is a simple way to divert a normal group without deleting the group?
And without going on location to do some programming on the phone itself.

I think it should work with a cdini on the group and blocking the Equ's of the members.

The problem is I have to reroute incomming traffic to a group (Unity) to the operator. Without going to the location and nobody at the location.

As long as it is internal rerouting , it is done
from an MASTER extension with procedure *24* Grp number * int destination #

This is independent of logged in agents or not.

MASTER ext. is defined by SPEXI:OPT=M,DIR= .. ;

The problem is the building is closed, so nobody can enter something on an extensiom. And the customer must be reachable mondaymorning. So I have to find a way to exclude the group and reroute it's number to the operator without throwing the group away, because it has to much impact.
It's no ACD environment.

So the question is: does the huntgroup follows it's CDINI when the members EQU are manualy blocked?

providing the sel parameter is set correctly on the hunt group to allow diversion when no members present or the que is full then the cdini should work from memory i think digit 3 of the sel should be set to 1

Digit 3 of SEL shoul be 0.
I don' think it will help blocking the equipment pos. of the agents as they will have to become unavailable in order for CDINI to become active.
How many members you have in your group normally ? Don't they log off normally after workhours ?
With ASPAP:pARNUM 178 equal to 0 you can do some testringing to the GH group remote and after a while when all agents have been tried connected by the group they are all made unavailable and the CDINI is active immediatelly.

Of course the best thing would be to discipline the agents in the GH group to logoff manually when leaving work.

give one button on the phone a function to transfer the group to any position so the last one from the gruop just press the button and the group will go to that posistion.

transfar the group *24*(group nr)*(operator nr) #
from this moment all the calls will go to the operator.

to undo just do #24#

if they forgot the operator can do it by pressing *24*(group nr)*(operator nr) #

i hope this will help

All the response is nice, but I CAN'T do anything on the phone because the building is CLOSED.

It's a group of 8 lines on EL6, with a voiceresponce system behind it and a Queue of 2. So when I don't block the lines it takes a long time to divert because the lines are not busy.

But we will see, shit happens in about 4 hours.

Greetings.
