Rerouting Call

Hi , i have CUCM 7.1 connected via Qsig to Alcatel OXE ( this pbx had PSTN line to provider ) and connected to Avaya via trunk sip ( this pbx had PSTN line to provider ).
I have 1 route group to trunk sip avaya
I have 1 route group to trunk Qsig to Alcatel

I have a route pattern where 0.xxxxxxxxxx goto to route list Avaya where is route group avaya and work fine .

I need manage rerouting when SIP Trunk Avaya go down call reroute to ALcatel via Qsig .

Problem , when i add into route list Avaya , route group Alcatel , CUCM return error "Update failed. [1803] "

Any ideas ? it is issue , or there is other way ?

Are you using the RG alcatel directly into a route pattern, instead of using a RL? It is not letting you do it due to some ovelap somewhere.

Hi , i have delete all possibility to go directly RG via Route pattern .
Now i have all routing pattern via RL , but problem it is same

I suppose that problem is when in same RL there are device Qsig+ device not qsig
If i configure new trunk with not qsig device , after i create new RG with trunk not qisg , i can manager RL where first choise is RG-SIP Trunk and second choise is RG-Trunk not Qsig .
But when second choise is RG-Trunk Qsig i have error .

Any ideas?

If you try and add the SIP trunk to the same RG as the qsig trunk, does it let you?

Just found what you are looking for:
Mixed Route Lists

You cannot insert SIP route groups and Q.SIG route groups into a route list at the same time

If you do not need QSIG change it to nonqsig to resolve your issue

Hi , thanx soo much but i must use Qsig for complete integration with Alcatel OXE .
Customer need path-replacement , call divert , calling-called name passed all standard ECMA supported .

If i use AAR you suppose tah i solved issue
