rerouting a hunt group, etc.

I've been away from the 3300 for a while, and my boss is asking me to do 2 things. Hopefully you folks can refresh my memory.

There is a specific trunk that I need to reroute to an external number. Pointing it to a system speed call sounds familiar, but I don't remember how.

Also, I need to reroute a hunt group to an external number. Again, system speed call comes to mind, but the details escape me.

You are correct that you should use a speedcall

The trunk is terminated via form - Trunk Service Assignment

The hunt Group is routed Via forms - Call Rerouting Always Assignment/ or First Alternative is on Busy/NoAns. Then you need to assign the route to the hunt group in Call rerouting assignment

Just make sure that you have got another trunk available for outgoing call while forwarding external incoming calls.
