Hi all - having a bit of a time figuring out how to configure ESN to re-route PSTN calls to DID numbers at other sites over our PRI trunks pointing to a gateway. Our users are creatures of habit and/or have speed dial numbers set up for colleagues DID numbers at other offices. So I'm wanting to configure ESN to look for 9-1-907-555-1234 for example, and DMI it to 6-555-1234 and route it out the PRI trunk route to the gateway.
The issue that I am having is that I know I can create a SPN and put in one Alternate DN but can I insert a range? or is there any other thoughts to this under SDRR/DID...
