Hi Sorry to ask such a stupid question but can someone give me an idiots quide to Using the RODNI or the RERNUM
example which would take priority etc

Priority has the rernum in opadc. If not set, MD is looking for rodni. But: While rernum is only for calls to opi, rodni is systemwide and will be activated depending on sel D1 in rocai
