Rerecording the main greeting on Octel Sierra Voicemail

Does anyone know how to change the main greeting on a Octel Sierra Voicemail system? I mean where it say's ( Welcome to XYZ's voice messaging system). Thanks in advance for your help. I would think the voicemail has a System Admin mailbox.

Depending upon your system configuration, it may be done a couple of ways. If it is a custom system greeting, you can change that by logging into the system managers mailbox, and selecting option 9, then option 2. Or, the system my be using a feature called port monitoring, if so you will need to change the greeting in the mailbox that is used for port monitoring.
