Requirements needed to connect a Mitel to an AVAYA IP Office

A customer of mine wants to connect a Mitel and IP Office together. Both systems to be housed into same Comms Room. Is this possible using QSig, if so how would this be programmed onto the Mitel.
 
You can use iptrunks for this
Sip is the best way i think
For sip the ipoffice needs to at 4.0 at least (4.1 is better)

I have a customer that would like to connect to an Ericsson MX 1 is it the same as above? if it is possible?

If it supports siptrunks then it should be possible
