Required Fields

Dear All,

GM6, dbase version on win2k. Within company contact details I have a field that forces users to enter info. Can someone please tell me how i can make this field optional? We have ended up with a lot of '.' and such like which doesn't make nice reading in a mail merge :0)

Click the drop down for the field, then the lookup, then the setup, and change settings there.
