required DLLs in a program

This is something I should probably know but how does one determine what DLLs are going to be needed by a (any) Windoze EXE? By that I mean is there a program that will tell me that some windoze program named 'someprog.exe' is going to need 'shell.dll' and 'lzexpand.dll'. These are EXAMPLES ONLY.
