Anyone ever run into this problem. Trying to access the BCM thru Element Manager brings up an error "the required cartridge(BCM 200.2.03-0) is not currently installed. Cliking install to begin cartridge download comes back as download failed and cannot connect to device. Any ideas what this means? This was a new install of a BCM 400. Was able to access programming thru the phone only.
