Gentlmen,
I have an Option11 at site A and an Intecom E14 at site B. What i am doing is sending every long distance telephone call that is dialed from the Option11 over a PRI to the Intecom. I want to require the employees on the Option11 to enter an Auth Code after each long distance call they place.
But here is the kicker, the auth codes that the employees use don't reside on the Option11, they reside on the Intecom switch. So everytime a call access that trunk i want them to be prompted for their auth code. I know the Intecom side is set up correct but everytime LD calls are routed over that trunk they are not prompted for their auth code. Is there something i have to set up on the Option11 side of the trunk? Some restriction level that needs to be raised or something? Or NCOS or something?
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
thank you
