Requesting a review on call forwarding an extension to a cell on a CICS

Hello all
Can I get the process again for the call forwarding of an extension to a cell number?
I have a client that wants to call forward the inbound call when it arrives at the extension through the AA to a cell number. There is a different cell number for each extension, with 8 people in the office.
I did a search on FAQ and keywords but didn't get exactly what I wanted

Each ext needs "Allow Redirect" enabled in capabilities.
You need to use routing services for pool access - Get rid of the 9 pool access code, create a destination code of 9 that targets a route that dials no number and uses pool A (or PRI A or whatever lines you have)
Each phone can then use feature 4 plus 9 plus mobile number plus hold to forward calls to that phone to the number specified.
