I have strarted to get Requested Range Not Satisfiable about 400 a day

I am running Apache/2.0.51 Fedora core 2

can not understand what is causing them

Hi

Are all that requests coming from the same, or just a few addresses ? And are all that asking for the same document ? I think there could be three possibilities :
[ul]
[li]a browser that belives it speaks HTTP/1.1 correctly, but appearantly not[/li]
[li]some runaway proxy which not validate correctly, tries to complete a partial document from an old version[/li]
[li]someone is sending invalid requests deliberately, hoping to get the server on knees with some exploit[/li]
[/ul]
