what could be the result?

and i should add all computers and devices are in a LAN

Have you tried a tracert to see where its getting hung up?
Code:
> tracert A

Do you have any firewall that may be blocking the pings intermittently?

Have you checked all cables are o.k. change them around, see if the behavior follows the cable.

NIC card fully operational? Have you tried with another one, that is known to be working fine?

Ignorance is not necessarily Bliss, case in point:
Unknown has caused an Unknown Error on Unknown and must be shutdown to prevent damage to Unknown.

192.168.0.1 is usually a router's IP address. How are your IPs assigned in your LAN, DHCP or hard-coded?

all cables are changed and the NIc card is not changed , because it can work with other devices , so if it is the NIC card problem it shouldn't work with any other devices, is that right?
