Request Server 5 Actuate Service Hanging Server

We have recently moved Actuate to our Data Center which is running Win 2000 Machines.
On start of the Request Server 5 Service (SP2), it uses 100% CPU and Memory on the machine then closes down actuate immediately and hangs the server.

Has anyone had these problems before and know a reason????

HELP NEEDED URGENTLY!!
