Request recommendation for ASP/VBScript book

Anybody have a good book to recommend for ASPs and vbscript? I am fairly proficient in the language, but I would like an index of functions and other mid- to high-level techniques.

For an index of vbScript functions, I recommend "VBScript In A Nutshell" from O'Reilly.
