Request for the permission problem

Hi i'm just beginning with sharepoint, and i have found a tutorial for webparts on

I had the 2 webparts installed, but when I plced the customer row provider web part on my sharepoint page i got this error in it: "Request for the permission of type System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=1.0.5000.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089 failed."

I searched what this means and i found out it has to do with security, but I don't know what settings i have to use.

Can someone please help me?
