Requery'n a subform from another form.

I have a form, frm_EmpForm that contains a sub form, subfrm_SkillTable.

I am trying to requery subfrm_SkillTable from another form, frm_EditSkill.

I don't have many points and I'm new to access..
Any help would rock...
