Reprogramming help

I would like some help on manipulating already working php program so it would interact and work with rest of my site like calling name "welcome Shawn" or "goodbye Shawn" on giving page and log-in style and remember you when you log-in and for how long,,, I am looking for a programmer who can manipulate the "working program" and customize that program to my needs... Please be sincere about if you want to do this or not.I am on time schedule.
