I have the same problem as this but it didn't show the fix. Can someone point me the way?

Since upgrading Aloha to version 6.4.28 , the checkout on the FOH terminal now prints all of the day's checkouts. Is there a setting in Aloha Manager to print only the single checkout and not all of them for that day? We have a few stores which like to do three checkouts a day. Performing checkout #2 prints out both checkouts #1 and #2. Performing checkout #3 prints out all three checkouts - #1, #2, and #3 for that day. We would like to only print the single checkout if possible. Thanks.

I'm having difficulties replicating this issue. Would you be able to provide a more detailed step by step of this issue. Are we talking employee checkouts, Drawer Checkouts, different day parts, etc..

Sure - We're on quickservice 6.4.38

Employee 1 is a cashier and when we run the checkout, it prints like normal.
Then Employee #2 is assigned the drawer and works until they leave. We run another checkout and Employee 1s checkout prints, then Employee 2s checkout prints after that.
Then, because we're 24 hour restaurant, Employee 3 is assigned and works until they leave. We run their checkout and we get Employee 1s checkout, Employee 2s, checkout and Employee 3s checkout - all print at the same time.

I was told by my local reseller to look for an option in store settings, which I couldn't find......

OK, I was trying it in Tableservice. I'll check Quickservice tomorrow.

Employee 1 is a cashier and when we run the checkout, it prints like normal. " Now when you say checkout, I assume you mean Drawer Checkout and not Employee checkout?

I have a couple more questions. Do the employees have to be assigned to the cash drawer and do you know if the cash drawers are setup as a "Public Cash Drawer"? After the first employee does their checkout, do they clockout? When you say all 3 checkouts print, is it all on one slip, or do you get multiple slips? If at all possible are you able to post a picture of what the checkout looks like?

Are the three employees in question using the same number? Aloha can't tell who is hitting the buttons, so if they are, it sees three shifts by a single person, and prints cumulatively. It's either that or the drawer checkout, which Dauphin will probably have cracked before I can get it mocked up in the lab.

Sorry Dauphin2 & TheMagicJBone - been out of town for a while...

We are using Server Checkouts (not Drawer Checkouts) - I just confirmed. We audit the drawer down every single time and start fresh. We don't carry over. The script for the button is "checkout" and "clock out" so the drawer has to be re-assigned when the new person starts working on it. We don't use the public cash drawer feature.

The employees do use the same number because we have a register number - i.e. 308 is register 8, 309 is register 9, etc. We've been doing this for years and years. Remember, this is a new problem (the multiple printouts) and is only happening at one store - the only store on 6.4.38. The other stores are on a lower 6.2.xx version.

I have still not been able to duplicate this issue, however I have found several other sites that are having the exact same issue, all on version 6.4

Any possibility of uploading the DATA and NEWDATA for this? If you are able to do this, please delete the emp.dbf out of both folders to remove any personal data.
