Hi can someone help me,

I'm using aloha 6.7 and I'm having an issue on Aloha reprint program.

the program doesn't allow me switch Output settings from "Output to printer" to "Output to screen".
even if i selected output to screen and then when i try to reprint some checks it still goes to printer output.

is there any configuration where i can manually change this?

Thanks.

Alohawolf could not be more wrong. DO not under any circumstances del the aloha.ini file from data and newdata folders. It contains almost every setting aloha uses as well as the sec codes.
When you run the reprint program, prior to wanting to see any data, go to file and choose output to screen. Then run any report you want. Also do not do his other suggestion to del all your log files in the iberdir. This will wipe all trans.log from every dated folder. You would never be able to regrind or even adjust punches for a prior day.

Hi AlohaROss,

There was no change on the Aloha.ini file, the data is from a working database which is working properly.

data is all there from all the transactions from specific dates.

i just want to make the reprint go to "output to screen" which is not working and is till going to output to ptinter, so that i can save it to a txt file not to .pdf.

Thanks,

launch reprint directly from bin folder and see if you get better results

Tried running it directly from BIN folder even running it as administrator doesn't work

Got a work around on it for the meantime, I opened the reprint program on administrator user account and it's working.
just curious, the user account is also has an administrator rights.

Thanks,

user account does not have read write permissions on the aloha folder
