RepotNet problem performance

I have some reports in ReportNet and they normaly works good, but sometimes when y use them in a computer outside of my office, for example in my home sometimes works good but sometime don´t work.

When I´am in my home and then I open the ReportNet Portal I can see the report and I can execute it and it works good, but sometimes I execute the report and nathing happen!! only a refresh page! somebody knows why! the problem is whit ISP?? configuration??
