Repoter doesn't work on 6110 CCM

This is an odd local PC problem, does anyone have the fix?

When you click on "view" to view a report on the 6110 it should load up Excel and display the report. But instead the browser shows a little warning triangle with "error on page" as though there is a JS script.

I suspect that a security update from Windows has ammended the security model of the prairyfire software but if you have an accurate fix i'd like to hear it.

Can you confirm what software level you are running.

Also, is there a code that the error provides, when you view the warning.

Its an old version maybe 2-3 years old, i can find out when i'm in the office tomorrow.

Do you know of such a bug? My best guess is that some Windows update or Office update has screwed the ability to launch excel from the link.

The only error is that nothing happens when you click the "view" link on a "error on page" error appears at the bottom left hand corner of the browser in the status bar.

Ideas?

OK, my colleague has spent ages installing and reinstalling various bits so I thought I'd save someone 2 days of messing about if they have the same problem.

Anything above .NET framework 1.1 will break it!
