REPOST - Softphone "Connection Failed. ERR Code = 07"

We just started to receive this error when launching the SP30 application. Error code is "Connection Failed. ERR Code = 07" I have about 5 softphone that have this error.

I've been re-building the phone and re-installing the software and that seems to temporarily resolve the problem but the error is happening more often and we have 100+ softphones in a call center environment.

Does anyone know what this error code means and how to resolve it?

Here is what I was able to dig up...

Connection failed ERR Code = XX

The possible causes are: DRS cannot be used. Other devices are faulty. Verify whether the devices (including DRS) forming the use environment are running normally.

ERR Code = 07: PHD / IPPAD Unavailable
Channel(s) not available on card. Port number in Configuration does not match programming in PBX.
Contact PBX Administrator.

Yeah...that's as far as I gotten too. No one seems to know what that means or how to resolve it.

NTAC seems to give the text book answer too

The error always goes away but I'm trying to prevent it from happening.

Is it always the same 5 PC's that have this issue or is it the same 5 extensions that you try to log on. I guess what I'm getting at is when you get this error what if you try to log on a different extension number/password. Do you get the same error? I'm just wondering if it's computer related or phone system related. Do you know how many SP30 license's you have? You didn't mention what type of system your on, is it a 2000 or 2400?
