Repository problem

Hi,
I am new to Developer. I installed Developer 9i and am getting this message when trying to open developer.

"This user does not have an installed Repository . Invoke the Repository Administrator Utility"

I dont know what to do with this. Can anyone please explain me what to do. Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about Developer or iDS? You do need repository, but only for Oracle Designer. Forms/Reports don't work with repository
