Reportsmith must close when closing report

The report runs fine but when I close it I get an error message that indicates there is a problem with cw3215.dll. This is occuring on multiple reports but not every time.

This is occuring on Version 5.6.2 RS5X_2008-0917_5_6

I'm on ADP V5 running SQL Server 2005

I've contacted SRS and ADP about it...response has been slow...I was hoping that there might be some user experience that would shed some light on it.
