Hi all,

I'm currently using ADP 5.3/ReportSmith 5.1.2 in a Citrix environment (Server 2003 EE OS, Citrix Presenation Server 4), and am in the process of configuring the ReportSmith app to be load balanced. Part of this process involves moving the mdb file used by ReportSmith to our file server, to allow for one copy to be used by the multiple Citrix servers publishing out the ReportSmith application. While I'm able to launch the application successfully from the server console with a domain admin/local admin account, I'm unable to launch as a regular user account. I receive the following error:

An error occured during creating of ADO connection!!!

EOleException, Message: The Microsoft jet database engine cannot open the file <UNC path to mdb file on file server>. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view its data.

I've started comparing the permissions to our production environment. So far, everything seems to be in order. Before I fire up a copy of Process Explorer, is anyone aware of specific changes which need to be made to get this setup to work?

TIA

-E
