ReportSmith Enterprise with Web and URLs

Anyone have any experience with ReportSmith 4.2 Enterprise with Web? Currently our company runs ADP Enterprise Version 3 (Oracle back-end) and we would like to purchase this product since it's web enabled. However, when I look at all the features, I get the feeling that you can ONLY access the catalog via a URL and NOT individual reports. What we would like to do is add reports to our ADP application and, based on security, enable the user to run reports from the tree as a process - simular to running SQR reports in Enterprise.

I have never done this with ReportSmith. Crystal does a pretty good job @ web reporting.
