We have ADP's reportsmith and Solomon's Crystal on the same workstation. The two appear to be conflicting. ADP had us copy winnt\crystal\U2LSL0L4.DLL to winnt\System32 and rename the winnt\crystal folder to winnt\ADPRenameCrystal.
This has helped ADP (ReportSmith) but since that time, Solomon's Crystal Reports intermittently loses connection with the server now. We have to restart the program and relaunch the report.
Solomon's webpage says to make sure we use the default directory for Crystal (the one that we renamed!)
