ReportSmith Crashing

I am desperately trying to find the resolution to ReportSmith crashing.

Here are the basics:

We use a server to hold the Reportsmith databases and catalogs for 4 users.

One user does vacation reports. She runs the reports (about 20) one at a time and saves them as a PDF. Sometimes, she can do 2 and it will crash. Sometimes, she can run ten reports and then it will crash.

The only error that it gives is "Reportsmith has encountered an error and needs to close. Sorry for any inconvenience."

I called ADP and they basically said it was not their problem.

The server is 2003. The workstation is WXP SP2. We use Oracle for Payroll.

Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue? I thought maybe it was an Adobe incompatibilty issue so both the server and workstation have Reader 8.

It is ADP's problem. They provide support for ReportSmith. You need to get your ADP account manager involved. Have your boss's boss call the ADP account manager.
