Reportsmith 3.0 on Windows XP.

I am running Reportsmith 3 on a windows xp machine. The runtime is called directly from the application. I can run the run-time viewer seperately and it works fine, but when I try to call it from the application it gives RS_API.DLL failed to load.

Anyone know how to correct this? I tried setting both my app and the reportsmith runtime viewer compatability modes to Win 2K, and Win NT.
