I have a list of people who belong to various committees. I want to produce a report that lists each committee and all the members in alphabetical order. Some people belong to more than one committee so their name needs to appear under each committee. I can build a query and select people in one committee at a time but when I add another the resulting list only shows the name once.

What do your underlying tables look like. How are you capturing the membership in multiple committees?
